About the Role:

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an online retail and e-commerce busineses solution

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through calls, chats & emails

• Resolve issues related to orders, delivery, returns, refunds & payments

• Update customer interactions accurately in CRM/ticketing systems

• Coordinate with internal teams for quick resolution

• Maintain quality, productivity & customer satisfaction standards

Requirements:

Excellent English & Hindi communication

Strong customer service & problem-solving skills

Valuable typing speed (30 WPM+ preferred)

Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Excel, email & chat platforms

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
