· Robust experience in Life Insurance domain, preferably 7+ years.
· Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, covering business process analysis, requirement gathering, specification writing and documentation.
· Strong understanding of Life Insurance products, business processes and technical underwriting.
· Experience in setting up/configuring Life Insurance products in a core insurance platform/package.
· Strong stakeholder management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Experience in UAT, gap analysis, functional requirements and coordination with technical/development/testing teams.
· Knowledge of insurance certifications such as LOMA/SOA will be an added advantage.
· Good communication and documentation skills are essential.
We will focus on candidates with strong Life Insurance + BA + core insurance product configuration experience.
