Techdome is hiring a metrics-obsessed GTM Engineer to own performance marketing execution across our growth channels. You'll be the driving force behind campaigns that turn ad spend into pipeline — with deep, hands-on command of Meta Ads and a track record of managing real budgets against real targets.

What You'll Do

- Design and run go-to-market campaigns spanning Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Take full ownership of Meta Ads execution (Facebook & Instagram) — targeting, creative iteration, and bid strategy
- Manage live budgets with a sharp eye on spend efficiency and return
- Architect the marketing funnel end-to-end, from first touch to closed conversion
- Implement and maintain tracking systems — GTM, pixels, conversion events — to keep attribution clean and reliable
- Track CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS through GA4 and related tools, adjusting campaigns in real time
- Run disciplined experiments across ad creative, landing pages, and audience slices
- Leverage AI tooling to accelerate copywriting, creative production, optimization, and reporting
- Partner with design, product, and sales on positioning, launch planning, and GTM execution
- Keep CRM data current and deliver clear performance updates to stakeholders

What You Bring

- 2.5+ years in digital/performance marketing with advanced Meta Ads chops




- A demonstrated history of scaling campaigns across multiple ad platforms
- Comfort owning budget accountability against defined KPIs
- Sound grasp of funnel design, segmentation, and retargeting mechanics
- Working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and CRM/marketing automation platforms
- Familiarity with AI marketing tools — copy assistants, creative generators, optimization engines
- Sheets/Excel fluency; SQL basics a bonus
- Sharp analytical instincts paired with strong stakeholder communication
- A builder's mentality — you drive launches, you don't just maintain them

Nice to Have

- Familiarity with Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar attribution platforms
- Background in product positioning, pricing strategy, or GTM automation
- Interest in AI-powered marketing analytics or predictive modeling
