• Initiating Legal

• Reviewing/ Scrutiny of legal report for property verification
• Co- ordination with panel advocate
• Audit resolution for the department assist in the Audit
• Legal training session to the sales, OPS, and credit
• Managing all legal documents and report as per company guideline and Audit requirement
• Verification of document as well as cross verification of title explicit report
• Investigation of legal fraud cases and taking necessary actions
• Physical verification of property document and suspected documents from legal statutory
authorities
• Share legal opinions on cases
• Approval and recommendation of OTC/PDD and waiver
• Legal Underwriting and amendment as per legal law.
