Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented IT Infrastructure Project Manager / Project Coordinator to join our Infrastructure Management team. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating infrastructure projects related to ATM site builds and decommissions, working closely with banking teams, ISP vendors, third-party vendors, and network engineering teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Coordinate infrastructure projects related to ATM site builds and decommissions.
- Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Act as a point of contact for ATM banking teams, ISP vendors, and third-party vendors.
- Coordinate with network engineers for project planning and technical activities.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain project documentation, requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Participate in project meetings and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Ensure project activities follow organizational processes, standards, and policies.




- Support infrastructure implementation and decommissioning activities.
- Manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and timelines.

Mandatory Skills:

- 5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Project Management / Project Coordination.
- Robust project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts.
- Understanding of Cisco Routing & Switching.
- Experience working with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in Infrastructure / Network projects.
- Banking or Financial Services domain experience.
- Experience with ATM infrastructure/projects.
- Vendor and ISP management experience.
- Knowledge of procurement/vendor coordination processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
