**Key Responsibilities:** + Conduct reconnaissance and detailed transmission-line surveys independently. + Study tender/RfP requirements and prepare route assessment and optimization. + Evaluate alternative route alignments and identify major constraints. + Identify and document railway, highway, river, transmission-line and other major crossings. + Carry out RoW, forest, land, terrain and access-road assessment. + Prepare preliminary tower spotting and tower schedules. + Manage GPS/DGPS survey data, KML/KMZ and GIS data. + Coordinate with field survey teams and independently verify critical locations. + Prepare site photographs and photographic documentation. + Identify major construction constraints and project risks. + Prepare professional technical survey reports and pre-bid survey deliverables. + Details survey and walkover survey **Required Skills and qualifications** : + Having experience in PLS-CADD, AutoCAD, ArcGIS / QGIS, Global Mapper, Google Earth Pro, MS Excel + Qualification: B.E./B.
