This exciting role offers opportunity to: + Provide strategic leadership for Eaton's global Intercompany operations, driving standardization, governance, automation, and continuous improvement across the end-to-end intercompany ecosystem + The role is accountable for delivering operational excellence, strengthening controls, and enabling scalable growth through process transformation and data-driven decision-making + Lead a team of Intercompany professionals and team leaders, partner with global cross-functional stakeholders, and champion initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce risk, accelerate issue resolution, and deliver sustainable business value aligned with Eaton's enterprise objectives. **Qualifications:** Requirement: + CA / CMA / MBA / ACCA + >12+ years in finance with extensive experience in Intercompany processes 1. Process Governance & Standardization + Manage the execution of standardized Intercompany processes across regions and business segments. + Ensure adherence to established process standards, policies, procedures, and controls.



+ Support the implementation and sustainment of global process improvement and standardization initiatives. 2. Systems, Automation & Process Optimization + Support the deployment and adoption of automation solutions and technology enhancements. + Partner with IT, process owners, and business stakeholders to resolve system issues and improve process effectiveness. + Ensure consistent execution of intercompany processes across ERP systems and supporting platforms. 3. Operational Excellence & Controls + Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance service delivery. + Monitor process accuracy and data quality through effective controls and operational reviews. + Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and audit requirements. 4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting + Monitor and report KPIs, SLAs, and operational performance metrics. + Conduct root cause analysis of recurring issues and drive corrective actions. + Provide regular operational updates and performance insights to leadership. 5. People Leadership & Capability Development + Ensure effective workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement through Team Leads + Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer-focused service delivery. + Drive succession planning, talent development and organizational readiness to support business growth **Skills:** + Robust Intercompany system experience (SAP & Oracle ERP Knowledge (AR / AP / Interco / GL) + Multi-national experience essential + Communication, collaboration and cross functional skills, understanding of stakeholder requirements
