Role Description This is a full time, on-site Occupational Therapist role based at Shelterarms Child Development Center in Bengaluru. The Occupational Therapist will assess children's developmental and functional abilities, including motor, sensory, cognitive, and self-care skills,



using standardized tools and clinical observations. The role involves planning and delivering individualized intervention programs, conducting therapy sessions, and monitoring progress to promote independence and participation in daily activities.
The Occupational Therapist will collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team to align goals, provide home programs, and support carryover of strategies across settings. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate clinical documentation, participating in team meetings and case conferences, contributing to caregiver education, and engaging in ongoing learning and professional development.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation, with demonstrated ability to design and implement pediatric intervention plans.
