About the Role

Parshwa Furnitures is looking for a Production Manager to manage and supervise the complete production operations at its furniture manufacturing factory.

The candidate will be responsible for production planning, manpower management, workflow coordination, quality control, material utilization, and timely completion of furniture orders . The ideal candidate should have strong communication and team-handling skills with practical knowledge of furniture manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, and supervise daily factory production activities .
- Prepare and monitor production schedules according to project and order requirements.
- Manage and allocate work among carpenters, skilled workers, helpers, and other production staff.
- Monitor production progress and ensure orders are completed within deadlines.
- Coordinate with the design, purchase, project, and installation teams .
- Ensure furniture is manufactured according to approved designs, drawings, measurements, and specifications.
- Monitor the quality of raw materials and finished furniture.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize material wastage.
- Identify production delays, technical issues, and manpower-related problems and take corrective action.
- Maintain production reports, records, and daily work updates.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of machinery, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain discipline,



cleanliness, and safety standards within the factory.
- Train, guide, and supervise production workers when required.
- Communicate production status and issues to management regularly.
- Ensure smooth coordination between different teams to achieve production targets.

Candidate Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in furniture manufacturing, production, or a related industry preferred.
- Strong knowledge of furniture production and manufacturing processes .
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .
- Good manpower and team-management abilities.
- Strong planning, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple orders and meet production deadlines.
- Valuable problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for factory operations.
- Practical and result-oriented approach toward production management.
- Candidates with experience in custom/built-to-suit furniture production will be preferred.
