Responsibilities

- Respond to customer queries through the assigned support channel in a courteous and timely manner.
- Understand customer concerns, provide accurate information, and resolve issues within defined processes.
- Record conversations, requests, and resolutions accurately in the relevant systems.
- Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate team while maintaining ownership until handover.
- Meet assigned quality, productivity, attendance, and customer service standards.
- Follow company policies, data-handling requirements, and approved communication guidelines.

Requirements





- Freshers and candidates with prior customer support or BPO experience may apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage.
- Positive listening ability, patience, problem-solving skills, and a customer-first attitude.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort working with customer service applications.
- Willingness to work full-time from the Bangalore office and learn process-specific workflows.

This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Koramangala, Bangalore, offering a fixed monthly CTC of ₹21,000. The selected candidate will receive process training and ongoing guidance to help build a strong career in customer support and BPO operations.
