Job Description

Were looking for an assistant to help the owners run the day-to-day work of our pizza oven business, including coordinating online store deliveries, helping hire staff and following up with suppliers and vendors.

This job is primarily work from home, with required factory attendance several days a week to coordinate packing and deliveries, check inventory and handle other administrative tasks.

- Half your work will be coordinating deliveries for an online store: checking that the correct items are packed properly and dispatched on time.

- The other half will be recruitment and supplier coordination: posting job openings, calling and interviewing applicants, contacting vendors and following up to make sure purchases arrive on time.

No prior experience in these tasks is required. We will show you how to do them. You must be able to follow instructions, communicate reliably and get tasks finished without repeated reminders.

Essential requirements

- Confident spoken and written English. This is the main language you will use with the two owners.
- Your own working laptop and reliable internet connection. Along with basic Excel and computer skills.




- Your own dual-SIM phone or a separate phone for business use. We provide the business SIM, but not the phone.
- Your own vehicle and a valid driving licence. You must visit the factory several days a week and complete local errands.

What we expect

- Be reachable and respond reliably during agreed working hours (9am - 6pm Mon-Sat)
- Check details carefully, especially items, packaging and delivery dates.
- Keep accurate records and update the owners on progress.
- Flag problems early and suggest practical next steps.
- Follow up until the task is complete.
