The ideal candidate must have a B.ed degree and proven experience in teaching at the primary level.Responsibilities- Teach Hindi to students from Grades I to V, as per CBSE curriculum.- Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials,



and assessments aligned with learning outcomes.- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters language appreciation and cultural literacy.- Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.- Collaborate with colleagues on cross-curricular projects and school events.- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and parent-teacher interactions.- Integrate digital tools and cutting-edge methodologies into teaching practices.Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Hindi or related discipline.- B.Ed is mandatory from a recognized institution (as per CBSE norms).- CTET qualification is preferred.Required Skills- Strong command of Hindi and English.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to create engaging lesson plans.- Proficiency in using digital teaching tools.Preferred Skills- Experience with innovative teaching methodologies.- Familiarity with CBSE curriculum.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
