The ideal candidate should be comfortable working closely with Product Designers, translating Figma designs into reusable, accessible, and production-ready components.ResponsibilitiesBuild, maintain, and evolve scalable Design SystemsDevelop reusable UI components and shared component librariesTranslate Figma designs into production-ready frontend componentsDefine and maintain design tokens, theming, and UI standardsEnsure accessibility compliance (WCAG standards)Partner with Product Design and Engineering teams to drive consistency across productsCreate documentation, guidelines, and governance for design system adoptionImprove developer experience through reusable architecture and frontend best practicesParticipate in design reviews, code reviews,
