About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Safety Executive to join our manufacturing unit. The role will be responsible for driving workplace safety initiatives, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, conducting risk assessments, and fostering a solid safety culture across plant operations.Key Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with EHS policies, statutory regulations, and company safety standards.- Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments across the plant.- Investigate incidents, accidents and near misses, recommend corrective and preventive actions.- Monitor Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems including Hot Work, Work at Height, Confined Space Entry and LOTO activities.- Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks,



and employee awareness programs.- Ensure availability and proper usage of PPE across all operational areas.- Coordinate emergency preparedness activities, mock drills, and fire safety initiatives.- Maintain safety records, compliance documentation, and monthly safety reports.- Track and close safety observations and audit findings in a timely manner.Preferred Candidate Profile- 3-6 years of experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment.- Strong knowledge of Factory Act compliance, occupational health & safety regulations, and EHS practices.- Hands-on experience in safety audits, incident investigation, and risk assessment.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to engage with employees and contractors to drive a positive safety culture.
