Position: Business Development Manager (BDM)Key Responsibilities:- Develop new business and generate leads in the freight forwarding/logistics sector.- Manage and expand existing customer relationships.- Achieve assigned revenue and GP targets.- Conduct customer visits and identify new business opportunities.- Prepare quotations and coordinate with Pricing and Operations teams.- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.- Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts and regular sales MIS.- Ensure robust customer service and timely follow-up.Experience & Skills:- 5–8 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding/logistics sales.- Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.- Target-oriented with good commercial understanding.
