A confident, target-driven professional with strong English communication skills who can handle inbound/online leads, speak with prospective clients and manage the sales follow-up process from initial enquiry until payment collection.ResponsibilitiesHandle and respond to "online/inbound leads", including leads generated through Meta and other digital platforms.Call prospective clients and understand/qualify their requirements.Coordinate a brief consultation with the relevant lawyer, where required.Share proposals and quotations with prospective clients.Consistently follow up with leads to drive conversion.Follow up on invoices and "payment collection".Maintain proper records and update lead status.Meet "monthly sales and conversion targets".QualificationsGraduate in :Business Administration (BBA)Commerce (B.Com)Arts (BA)MarketingMass CommunicationRequired SkillsMinimum 1+ year of experience in telesales,
