but are not limited to, the following:- Drive target-oriented, direct-to-farmer (B2C) sales.- Proactively engage with farmers to promote Biochar product adoption.- Conduct village/field visits and individual farmer meetings.- Conduct demonstrations and trials wherever required.- Organise and conduct farmer meetings.- Gather customer feedback, videos, and testimonials.- Build and maintain dealer/retailer relationships.- Generate leads within the assigned territory.- Undertake extensive field travel within the assigned territory.Ideal Candidate Profile:- BSc/MSc (Agriculture/Horticulture).- Freshers are welcome to apply.- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory.- Comfortable with extensive field travel and village-level engagement.- Solid interpersonal and relationship-building skills with farmers and dealers.- Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive.
