About the jobClinical Research Coordinator – FresherCompany: Clinogenesis Research InstitutePosition: Clinical Research CoordinatorExperience: Fresher / 0–1 YearEmployment Type: Full-timeJob SummaryClinogenesis Research Institute is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and conduct of clinical research studies in accordance with study protocols, regulatory requirements, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.Roles & ResponsibilitiesAssist in coordinating day-to-day activities of assigned clinical research studies.Support patient screening, recruitment, enrollment, and follow-up activities.Maintain accurate and up-to-date study documentation and source records.Assist with data collection, entry, verification, and query resolution.Coordinate with Principal Investigators, study teams, patients, and other stakeholders.Ensure study activities are conducted according to the approved protocol, SOPs, and GCP guidelines.Assist in preparation for sponsor, monitor,



and regulatory visits.Maintain essential documents, study logs, and regulatory files.Report protocol deviations, safety events, and other study-related issues to the appropriate team members.Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with applicable ethical and regulatory requirements.Required SkillsBachelor's/Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Biotechnology, or a related field.Basic understanding of Clinical Research, GCP, and clinical trial processes.Valuable communication, organizational, and documentation skills.Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.Basic computer and MS Office skills.What We OfferHands-on exposure to clinical research and clinical trial operations.Training and mentorship for freshers.- Opportunity to develop skills in GCP, regulatory documentation, patient coordination, and study management.
