With a strong focus on innovation, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction, we deliver reliable door solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial applicationsResponsibilities- Develop and implement production planning and control strategies to optimize production efficiency, minimize lead times and reduce costs.- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to forecast customer demand and create production plans to meet customer needs.- Manage and coordinate with production teams to ensure that production schedules are met and products are delivered on time.- Manage and optimize inventory levels to ensure that production is not interrupted due to lack of raw materials or finished goods.- Analyse production data and create reports to identify trends, areas for improvement,



and cost- saving opportunities.- Develop and maintain accurate production plans, schedules, and budgets.- Coordinate production workflow & monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time.- Plan to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.- Prepare and submit status and performance reports- Robust understanding of Daily Production Planning, Shift Planning,Production Management principles.- Proficiency in using SAP systems for data analysis and reporting purposes.- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels- Strong understanding of SAP MM (Material Management) and PP (Production Planning) modules.Qualifications- 6-12 years of PPC (Production Planning & Control)- B-Tech or Diploma Engg ( Mechanical )
