The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll activities, statutory compliance, payroll reconciliations, and employee payroll queries while ensuring accuracy and adherence to UK payroll regulations.Key Responsibilities:• Process end-to-end UK payroll accurately and on time.• Manage PAYE, NIC, SSP, SMP, and other statutory deductions.• Handle P45, P60, and year-end payroll activities.• Perform payroll reconciliations and prepare payroll reports.• Ensure compliance with UK payroll and pension regulations.• Resolve employee payroll-related queries.• Coordinate with HR, Finance,



and payroll vendors for smooth payroll operations.• Support payroll audits and process improvements.Key Skills Required:• 5 -7 years of UK payroll processing and pension experience.• Strong knowledge of PAYE, NIC, SSP, and SMP.• Experience with P45, P60, and year-end payroll activities.• Understanding of UK pension regulations and compliance.• Ability to reconcile payroll reports and statutory deductions.• Experience handling employee payroll queries.• Proficiency in payroll systems and MS Excel.Qualification:• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field. • Relevant payroll certifications will be an added advantage.For more insights, connect with SANJANA MEHRAEmail id:
