3+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience, preferably in a public accounting or client-service environmentStrong knowledge of QuickBooks Online (QBO), Dext, Xennet (or similar review tool); experience with Karbon is considered an assetStrong understanding of GST/HST filings, reconciliations, and month-end close proceduresExperience reviewing bookkeeping files and identifying discrepancies or technical issuesExcellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail with a focus on quality and efficiencyAbility to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a work from home environmentCollaborative mindset with strong technical and client-service orientation
