Windchill PLM Presales ConsultantJob Summary:We are looking for a Windchill PLM Presales Consultant with strong knowledge of PTC Windchill, PLM processes, and engineering business processes.The candidate should have strong customer-facing and communication skills and be capable of handling requirement gathering, solution presentations, demonstrations, technical discussions, and proposal preparation independently.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct customer meetings and requirement-gathering sessions.- Understand customer engineering, manufacturing, and PLM processes.- Map customer requirements to appropriate Windchill modules and solutions.- Prepare and present customer-specific PLM solutions.- Conduct or coordinate Windchill demonstrations.- Handle technical discussions and clarifications with customers.- Prepare solution approaches, process flows, and high-level architecture.- Support technical proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, scope definition, and effort estimation.- Coordinate with sales, functional consultants, technical consultants, and project teams.- Support the sales team throughout the pre-sales lifecycle until technical closure.Required Windchill Knowledge:- Windchill PDMLink- Windchill MPMLink- Windchill ProjectLink- Windchill PartsLink / Classification- Windchill Quality Management- Creo View / Visualization- Windchill integration with CAD, ERP/SAP,



and MESPLM Knowledge:- Product Lifecycle Management concepts and processes.- Engineering product development and product data management.- EBOM / MBOM- Engineering Change Management- Configuration Management- CAD Data Management- Engineering-to-Manufacturing processesRequired Skills:- Strong knowledge of PTC Windchill and PLM solutions.- Experience in Windchill consulting / solution consulting / presales.- Solid customer handling and communication skills.- Excellent presentation and demonstration skills.- Experience in requirement gathering and solution mapping.- Experience preparing technical proposals and RFP/RFQ responses.- Ability to explain technical solutions in a clear and business-oriented manner.- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.Preffered Experience:- 4–10 years of experience in PLM, Windchill, or Engineering IT solutions.- 2–3+ years of experience in Windchill functional consulting, solution consulting, or presales is preferred.- Candidates with strong Windchill implementation experience and customer-facing experience can also be considered.Educational Qualification:BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.Preferred Candidate Profile:Candidates who can understand customer requirements, recommend suitable Windchill solutions, conduct demonstrations and presentations, prepare technical proposals, and independently support presales engagements will be preferred.
