We're Hiring – Marketing CoordinatorWe're looking for a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Coordinator to support our Marketing team in developing high-quality proposals, presentations, marketing materials, and client-facing content.Location: RemoteShift: Night Shift – aligned with US/PST hoursWorking Hours: As per PST / corresponding IST night shiftPosition: Full-TimeExperience: 1+ yearsSalary: No fixed salary range – competitive compensation based on experience and skills; no salary constraint for the right candidate.Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the preparation and production of proposals, presentations, SOQs, and other marketing materials- Assist with writing, editing, formatting, layouts, graphics, resumes, and schedules- Organize and maintain marketing images, photos, graphics, and related data- Ensure proposal and marketing documents are accurate, complete, and delivered within deadlines- Maintain required forms and supporting documents for qualifications, proposals, contracts, and marketing activities- Collect and organize customer feedback for management review- Maintain sales and marketing performance records and assist with analyzing marketing initiatives- Develop and distribute sales, training,
