Job Description:- Meet and exceed sales budgets for all segments and verticals (Private, Government, Extended Portfolio)- Manage and grow the distribution network in the assigned territory and segments.- Create and pursue opportunities in Government segment- Generate sustainable flow of new sales leads through the distribution network and market connect.- Manage and cement the Key account relationship.- Lead the project and high value opportunities and keep CRM with all stake holders- Track the sales progress on daily, weekly, monthly basis by using tools like salesforce CRM and recurring reviews with distributors.- Collect outstanding dues as per the timelines and follow up the overdue outstanding.- Provide market updates including trends, competition activities, customer needs and order losses- Prepare MIS reports as required by the reporting manager.- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as customer support, manufacturing,



tech support and finance.- Travel frequently to all areas while being efficient and effective on expensesSpecific Responsibilities:- Ability to develop effective sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.- Ability to manage distribution network- Consultative Selling- Acting as a trusted advisor by understanding customer pain points and providing tailored solutions.- Value based selling- Ability to articulate the unique value proposition (UVP) and FABs.- Drive narratives- Crafting compelling sales narratives that resonate emotionally and align with customer aspirations- Familiarity of hospital market in the assigned territory- Ability to handle objections effectively- Managerial competencies, communication skills, analytical skills, negotiation skills- Resilience, adaptive, travelling flair are pre-requisites.- Flair to handle high value businesses- Robust organizational skills to manage priorities and meet deadlines- To be driven by passion, maintain a positive attitude, and adopt a go-getter mindset
