Role Summary
Seeking an experienced BFSI Technical SME to drive solution architecture, consulting, and pre-sales engagements across Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance clients.
The role requires deep domain expertise, strong technology acumen, and the ability to lead RFI/RFP responses and proposal defense discussions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead solutioning and architecture for BFSI transformation opportunities.
- Drive RFI/RFP responses, estimations, solution reviews, and proposal development.
Required Skills
- 12+ years of experience with strong BFSI domain expertise.
- Deep understanding of Banking, Payments, Lending, Cards, Wealth Management, Capital Markets, or Insurance.
- Expertise in solution architecture, cloud platforms, APIs/microservices, data, and AI/GenAI.
- Robust knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks (KYC, AML, Risk, Data Privacy, Security).
- Proven experience in client-facing consulting and large RFI/RFP pursuits.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
