Job Description
Cloud and DevOps Engineer - Required Skills
- 8+ years of DevOps experience with solid hands-on expertise in Microsoft Azure, including Azure DevOps, AKS, Azure Web Apps, Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm; Azure certifications such as AZ-400 or AZ-104 preferred.
- Proven experience designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD, and Jenkins to automate build, test, security scan,
and deployment workflows.
- Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and ARM templates to deliver secure, repeatable, and compliant cloud deployments.
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix commands, Shell scripting, PowerShell, and Ansible for configuration management and operational automation across Linux and Windows environments.
- Experience deploying Java applications using Maven, along with working knowledge of certificate management, authentication mechanisms, and database operations such as backup, restore, and PITR.
- Experience implementing monitoring, logging, alerting, secrets management, RBAC/IAM, vulnerability scanning, and basic cloud cost optimization using tools such as Azure Monitor, Prometheus, and Grafana.
