About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy sales professional to drive our Cross Border Air Express / Air Parcel business in the Karnataka region.

/n

This role is focused on building and scaling international shipping volumes by acquiring exporters, D2C brands, SMEs, and businesses with global shipping needs.

/n

As an IATA-licensed player, we operate a direct air capacity model enabling faster, reliable, and scalable international deliveries.

/n

The role requires strong hunting ability, solution selling, and ownership of revenue growth in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Revenue Growth

/n

/n
- Drive recent customer acquisition for international air express / parcel shipments
/n
- Build a strong pipeline across exporters, D2C brands, e-commerce sellers, and SMEs
/n
- Own and deliver regional revenue targets with focus on shipment volumes and yield
/n
- Identify opportunities in direct export shipping and cross-border e-commerce
/n

Client Management

- Onboard and manage clients with recurring international shipping requirements
/n
- Build long-term relationships to drive consistent shipment volumes and wallet share
/n
- Act as the primary commercial owner for client accounts
/n

Sales Execution

/n

/n
- Sell time-definite international air express solutions (parcel-based shipping)
/n
- Work with internal teams to design competitive, scalable shipping solutions
/n
- Drive pricing discussions, negotiations, and closure of deals
/n

/n

Internal Coordination

/n

/n
- Collaborate with operations, pricing, and customer experience teams
/n
- Ensure smooth onboarding and shipment lifecycle management
/n
- Maintain visibility on shipment performance to ensure service reliability
/n

Market Understanding

/n

/n
- Track trends in cross-border e-commerce, export shipping, and air express demand
/n
- Stay updated on pricing, competition, and service benchmarks
/n
