1. Targets Achievement
◦ Make quarterly and annual sales forecasts, and sales strategies.
◦ Achieve forecasted sales.
2. Existing Partners
◦ Helping the partner to be profitable.
◦ Encourage and motivate the partner's sales team.
◦ Help the partner on operational issues he/she might be facing.
◦ Visit the customers along with the partner.
◦ Developing recent approaches/segments for sales partner.
3. New Partners
◦ Work with the marketing team to produce advertising and marketing collaterals with which
to reach out to potential partners.
◦ Conduct a due diligence on interested potential partners.
◦ Ensure that the potential partner completes the partnership obligations.
◦ Complete paperwork and signing formalities.
◦ Provide training to recent partners.
◦ Scan the market to explore new segments of partners.
