Job Title: Reporting, Integration, and Digital Head
Location: Gurugram (Hybrid)

We are seeking an experienced IT Reporting, Integration, and Digital Head to drive enterprise-wide Reporting (SAP BW), Middleware (Integration) and digital transformation (AI, RPA, Automation) Lead, across the organization. This senior leadership role will define and execute the Reporting and digital technology roadmap, ensuring seamless integration across ERP, HR, Commercial, and other business-critical platforms while enabling data-driven decision-making and operational excellence.
Working at the intersection of business strategy and technology, you will lead global reporting capabilities, ensure the integration between ERP, SFDC, MES and many other platforms, and drive AI innovation, and robotic process automation to enable business outcomes. You will collaborate closely with executive leadership, business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to deliver secure, reliable, and future-ready digital solutions
