We are looking for a skilled React Developer to join our front-end engineering team, working on customer-facing and internal platforms that support clinical research, healthcare data analytics, and real-world evidence generation. You will build responsive, high-performance, and easy-to-use user interfaces used by researchers, clinicians, and life-sciences stakeholders worldwide, translating complex healthcare data and workflows into intuitive digital experiences.

Location: Bengaluru, India

How you'll make an impact:
- Develop recent user-facing features using React.js, translating wireframes and UX designs into high-quality, production-ready code;
- Build reusable components and front-end libraries/design systems for use across multiple Customertimes products;




- Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs / GraphQL services and back-end systems handling large-scale healthcare and clinical trial data;
- Implement and maintain state management solutions (Redux, Redux Toolkit, Context API, or React Query);
- Optimize application performance, bundle size, and Core Web Vitals across a wide range of devices and browsers;
- Diagnose and troubleshoot bugs, UI defects, and performance issues in existing applications;
- Write unit, integration, and end-to-end automated tests (Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress) to ensure code quality and reliability;
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies; collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, back-end engineers, and QA;
- Ensure applications meet WCAG compliance, security, and data-privacy requirements appropriate for healthcare/life-sciences platforms;
- Contribute to technical documentation and coding standards; mentor junior
