nKey Responsibilities:
nAdministrative Operations:
n
- n
- Manage and oversee daily administrative and office operations.n
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation (physical and digital).n
- Coordinate internal communication between departments.n
- Ensure office supplies, equipment, and facilities are well maintained.n

nCoordination & Support:
n
- n
- Provide administrative support to management and departmental teams.n
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes when required.n
- Coordinate travel arrangements, logistics, and office events.n
- Act as a point of contact for internal staff and external vendors.n
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential documents.n
- Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments.n
- Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters,



emails and packages).n
- Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned.n
- Arrange travel and accommodations for officers.n

nCompliance & Documentation:

- n
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and administrative standards.n
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and official correspondence.n
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and records.n

nKey skills:
n
- n
- Work experience as an Administrative Officer or Secretarial role.n
- Good communication of English.n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.n
- Good knowledge of office procedures.n
- Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically).n
- Solid problem-solving attitude.n
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple assignments.n
