We are looking for a motivated US Business Development / Accounts Executive to join our growing recruitment team.

Shift: 07:30 PM - 04:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with US staffing clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Manage client accounts and understand their hiring requirements.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to fulfill client needs.
- Handle client communication, follow-ups, and negotiations.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Requirements:

- 1+ year of experience in US Staffing / Recruitment Business Development or Account Management preferred.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust client-handling and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to work in the US night shift .
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.
