Key Responsibilities Identify and research potential US clients. Generate current business leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, and other platforms. Connect with decision-makers and hiring managers. Introduce our recruitment and staffing services to prospective clients. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Follow up with prospects and identify current business opportunities. Maintain daily activity and prospecting reports. Work closely with the recruitment team to understand client requirements. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly prospecting targets.
