Job Title: ServiceNow – CMDB Architect Experience: 10–12 Years Relevant Experience Location: Pune / Bangalore / Hyderabad / Chennai Open Positions: 1 Key Responsibilities & Requirements ServiceNow & CMDB Expertise 10 years of overall IT experience with 7 years of relevant ServiceNow CMDB Architecture experience Solid expertise in ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM (Common Service Data Model) with end-to-end adoption experience Strong understanding of: CI Class Modeling Service Modeling Dependency Mapping CMDB Architecture & Design CMDB Implementation & Transformation Proven experience in large-scale CMDB implementations and transformation programs Hands-on experience with CMDB data cleanup, normalization,
