Architecture & Build PCLSA – Part 2 certification complete Experience with Pega Smart Dispute Framework and financial domain Working experience across Pega 7.x, 8.x & Pega Infinity Expertise in: • Case Management, Business Rules & Decisioning • Data Modeling & Data Pages • UI Kit / Cosmos / Constellation UI • Integrations (REST, SOAP, JMS, File, Database) • Security & Access Control Strong understanding of Pega build/performance/rollout optimization & best practices Excellent client-facing communication, technical leadership, and people management skills Process Skills: ✅ Familiarity with Pega offerings — BluePrint, Smart Dispute, Gen AI & Agentic ✅ Robust in setup, configuration, troubleshooting, integrations & security ✅ Ability to work on aggressive schedules and drive teams to high velocity with minimal rework
