Collateral: Create brochures, one-pagers, company profiles, pitch decks, and proposals for all three verticals using the brand system. Centre branding: Adapt the brand for signage, wayfinding, event branding, and merchandise. Social media: Keep Innova’s feed consistent, on-brand, and on schedule. Brand consistency: Follow the brand guidelines exactly on every piece: colours, fonts, spacing, and logo usage. Speed: Turn around campaign and sales requests quickly without cutting corners on quality. Website support: Create visual assets for the website and landing pages. What you bring 2–4 years of experience in graphic design,



ideally at a brand, agency, or B2B company A strong portfolio covering both digital and print work (required) Experience working within established brand guidelines Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, plus Figma and Canva A sharp eye for detail: alignment, spacing, and typography The ability to handle several projects at once and hit deadlines Explicit communication, and openness to feedback Nice to have Basic motion graphics (After Effects or similar) for reels and animated ads Presentation design experience Experience with real estate, coworking, or B2B brands
