What you'll actually do Own projects end-to-end: concept, design development, approvals, working drawings, execution and handover Use 3D visualisation to develop, test and present design options before they reach site Prepare approval drawings as per building byelaws and follow through on authority submissions Issue Good-for-Construction (GFC) drawings, details and schedules on time, so site never waits on drawings Coordinate structural and MEP consultants and resolve clashes on paper, not on site Specify materials and finishes,
