About the Role We are looking for a business minded Data Analyst with 4 years of core data analytics experience with demonstrated business impact. Solid understanding of business funnels, conversion drop-offs, and revenue diagnostic techniques. In this role, you won't just report numbers you will dive deep into our sales and marketing funnels, diagnose underlying performance drops, work directly with cross-functional leaders,



and deliver insights that directly impact revenue and efficiency. Responsibilities Data Collection & Processing Reporting & Dashboard Creation Data Analysis & Insights KPI Tracking Cross-Collaboration Automation & Optimization of reports Data Documentation Required Skills Business Acumen: Understanding of business operations and how data impacts decision-making. Hands-on proficiency with Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (XLOOKUP, QUERY, complex formulas) and SQL querying. Proven ability to track and optimize key business metrics across Sales, Marketing, and Operations (e.g., CAC, CPL, ROAS, Conversion Rates, Retention). Strong stakeholder management skills to translate business needs into data solutions independently.
