Sr. Technical Program Manager Location: Gurgaon Experience: 5–6 Years Budget : 15 LPA Max Employment Type: Full time About the Role We are looking for a Sr. Technical Program Manager who can drive cross-functional technology programs from planning through execution and delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering/technical background and experience transitioning into program/project management, with the ability to work closely with Engineering, Product, QA, Infrastructure, and Business teams. The role requires strong execution discipline, data-driven program governance, and the ability to proactively identify and resolve risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges. Key Responsibilities • Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. • Track and improve velocity, sprint execution, delivery predictability, and overall program health. • Own and maintain RAID Logs covering Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies, with proactive identification and escalation. • Build and maintain execution dashboards using Jira and Excel to provide actionable insights into program progress, bottlenecks, risks, and delivery performance. • Leverage Jira/JQL, dashboards, Excel Pivot Tables, Lookups, and reporting capabilities for effective program tracking and governance. • Drive release readiness across Engineering, QA, Product, Infra, and Business stakeholders. • Establish data-backed Go/No-Go criteria and facilitate release decision-making. • Act as the connective layer between Engineering, QA, Product, Infrastructure, and Business teams to ensure alignment and timely execution. • Track milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and critical path items to ensure programs remain on schedule.



• Proactively identify delivery risks and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to develop mitigation and contingency plans. • Facilitate stakeholder communication and provide regular program status updates, executive summaries, and escalation reports. • Drive continuous improvement in program execution, processes, governance, and delivery predictability. Must-Have Skills & Experience • 5–6 years of total experience in Technical Program Management, Program Management, Project Management, or related technology roles. • 1–2 years of hands-on Engineering/Software Development experience, followed by transition into Program/Project Management. • Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies. • Strong hands-on experience with Jira and JQL, including dashboards, filters, reporting, and execution tracking. • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including: o Pivot Tables o XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP o Data analysis and reporting o Dashboard creation • Experience managing cross-functional technology programs involving Engineering, QA, Product, Infra, and Business teams. • Strong understanding of release management, dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery governance. • Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and escalation- management skills. Educational Qualification • B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related engineering discipline • OR MCA Preferred Competencies • Strong analytical and data-driven approach to program management. • Ability to understand technical discussions and translate them into execution plans. • Strong ownership and ability to drive initiatives independently. • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment. • Strong influencing and stakeholder-management skills without direct reporting authority. • Experience working with senior technology and business stakeholders.
