Job Title: Copywriting Intern – E-commerce & Amazon (Convertible to Full-Time)

Location: Quest Coworks, Chakala, Andheri East

Job Type: Internship ((3/6) months), with conversion to full time based on performance

Days of working: 5 (Sat & Sun fixed off)

Role Overview:

We're looking for a Copywriting Intern with a way with words, a curiosity about how people shop online, and a hunger to learn and grow. You'll write for the brands we manage on Amazon and other marketplaces, creating copy that helps products get found and bought. The ideal candidate has some copywriting experience, is eager to learn e-commerce writing and marketplace SEO, and brings a positive, collaborative energy to the table.

Key Responsibilities:

- Write and optimise product detail pages (PDPs), including titles, bullet points, and product descriptions, within Amazon's guidelines and character limits.
- Create copy for A+ Content / Premium A+ modules and Amazon Brand Stores.
- Write headlines and taglines for Sponsored Brands ads and other marketplace ad formats.
- Draft text for product images, infographics, and comparison charts in collaboration with the design team.
- Conduct keyword research and prepare backend search terms for listings.
- Write and adapt listings for other marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, and Meesho.
- Audit and refresh existing listings using performance data, competitor research, and customer reviews.




- Support brand content such as launch copy, packaging text, and social media posts when needed.
- Manage multiple brands and deadlines while maintaining quality and consistency.

Qualifications:

- Some experience in copywriting through internships, freelance work, college projects, or a personal blog.
- Strong written English with excellent grammar and attention to detail.
- Ability to turn product features and specifications into clear customer benefits.
- Basic understanding of SEO and how keywords work in online search.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.

What We're Looking For:

- 0–1 year of experience in copywriting or content writing
- 2–3 writing samples that show clarity, creativity, and range
- Genuine interest in e-commerce, marketplaces, and online shopping behaviour
- Comfort switching between different brands, categories, and tones of voice
- A collaborative mindset and openness to feedback
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow into a full-time role

Nice-to-Have:

- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central
- Exposure to tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Google Keyword Planner
- Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini for research and drafting
- Knowledge of Hindi or Marathi for regional listings
- Experience writing for D2C websites or e-commerce brands
