NexGen Media is looking for a smart, presentable, and responsible Front Office Receptionist who can manage day-to-day front office operations and ensure a professional experience for employees, visitors, candidates, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the reception and front desk area
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, candidates, and vendors
- Attend and manage incoming calls and enquiries
- Coordinate interview candidates and meeting schedules
- Maintain visitor records and basic office documentation
- Handle incoming/outgoing couriers and deliveries
- Coordinate with internal team members for meetings and office requirements
- Assist with basic administrative and office management tasks
- Ensure the reception and common areas remain organised and professional




- Support HR and management with day-to-day coordination when required

What We’re Looking For

- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Professional and presentable personality
- Polite, confident, and comfortable interacting with different people
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
- Good organisational and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple small tasks efficiently
- Responsible, punctual, and proactive attitude

- Graduates / 12th Pass candidates with strong communication skills can apply
- Candidates based in Pune or willing to commute to Pimple Saudagar preferred

Salary

₹1.5 LPA – ₹2.5 LPA , depending on communication skills, experience, and interview performance.
