Role Description The Jewellery Sales Assistant at Jewel Affair Ltd will work full time on-site in Delhi, India, providing attentive customer service and supporting daily store operations. This role includes greeting customers, understanding their preferences, presenting jewellery pieces, and assisting with selection and purchase decisions. The Sales Assistant will handle billing, manage product displays, maintain stock organization, and ensure the showroom is clean and visually appealing. The role also involves responding to customer inquiries, explaining product features and care instructions,



and contributing to sales targets through active engagement and follow-up. The Jewellery Sales Assistant will collaborate with the team to support promotions, events, and personalized orders while representing the brand’s commitment to quality and customer experience.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to build rapport, understand customer needs, and create a welcoming in-store experience.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Sales skills to explain product features, handle queries, and convert interest into purchases.
- Candidates should possess solid Organization Skills to manage displays, track inventory, and maintain accurate records of sales and customer information.
- Prior experience in retail, jewellery, or luxury goods sales is beneficial, along with basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; a proactive attitude, reliability, and the ability to stand for extended periods are important.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed, and a professional, presentable demeanor suitable for a customer-facing role.
