Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Zonal Manager – Operations to manage courier and logistics operations across multiple branches and hubs in Delhi/NCR.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall operations across multiple branches and hubs.
- Monitor pickup, sorting, dispatch and last-mile delivery operations.
- Ensure timely delivery and achievement of TAT/SLA targets.
- Monitor pending shipments, NDR, RTO and delivery performance.
- Lead and monitor Branch Managers, Hub Managers and operations teams.
- Review daily/weekly operational MIS and branch performance.
- Ensure proper manpower planning and productivity.
- Control operational costs and improve resource utilization.
- Handle major customer and operational escalations.
- Coordinate with Sales, Customer Care, Accounts and HR teams.
- Ensure proper scanning, documentation and shipment reconciliation.
- Monitor shipment loss, damage and operational discrepancies.
- Conduct regular branch/hub visits and take corrective action.




- Implement SOPs and improve operational efficiency.
- Report zonal performance and key issues to senior management.

Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in Courier / Express / Logistics / Transportation.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a multi-branch/multi-location operations management role.
- Strong experience in managing Branch Managers, Hub Managers and field teams.
- Good knowledge of courier pickup, hub, sorting, dispatch and last-mile operations.
- Strong understanding of TAT, NDR, RTO and delivery performance.
- Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and operational MIS.
- Willingness to travel across Delhi/NCR.

Preferred: Candidates from Courier, Express Logistics, E-commerce Delivery, Cargo or Transportation companies.
