Role Description The Zoho Finance Suite Expert will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory for clients, ensuring accurate financial tracking and streamlined accounting workflows. Day-to-day tasks include setting up chart of accounts, customizing invoices and financial reports, reconciling data, and integrating finance modules with CRM, HR, and e-commerce systems. The role involves diagnosing and resolving finance-related system issues, providing end-user training, and documenting best practices for client teams.

Expert will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into system configurations, and support ongoing improvements.



This is a full-time, on-site role based in Malappuram.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Finance and Accounting skills, including practical experience with bookkeeping, ledgers, and financial workflows.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Statements, including preparation, analysis, and reporting of balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and recommend improvements in processes and system configurations.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with clients, explain technical concepts in simple terms, and deliver transparent training and documentation.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory (or similar cloud-based finance/ERP tools) is highly beneficial.
- Relevant academic background in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional certifications are an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work in a structured, on-site environment.
- Experience integrating finance systems with CRM, HR, and e-commerce platforms, and familiarity with taxation and compliance processes is a plus.
