Role Overview The Workday HR Reporting Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing Workday reports and reporting solutions to support complex HR and business requirements. The role requires solid expertise in Workday Report Writer, Advanced Matrix Reports, Composite Reports, calculated fields, Workday Core HR, PS Workforce Administration, Recruitment, Security, Talent and Performance, Benefits, and Compensation.

The candidate will collaborate with HR leaders and business stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver actionable workforce insights, maintain data integrity, and ensure reporting solutions align with global HR standards, governance, privacy, and security requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and optimize Workday reports, including:
- Advanced Matrix Reports
- Composite Reports
- Advanced Reports
- Matrix Reports
- Configure calculated fields and custom reports to meet complex HR and business requirements.
- Manage and support Workday reporting across modules including:
- Workday Core HR
- PS Workforce Administration
- Workday Recruitment
- Workday Security
- Workday Talent and Performance
- Workday Benefits
- Workday Compensation




- Maintain and enhance existing reporting solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported reporting issues.
- Establish and document reporting processes, SOPs, workflows, and governance frameworks.
- Define and monitor KPIs related to reporting quality, accuracy, and service delivery.
- Partner with HR leaders, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams for requirements gathering and reporting reviews.
- Provide insights and recommendations to support data-driven workforce decision-making.
- Analyze Workday release updates, assess their impact on existing reports, and implement necessary reporting changes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including reporting automation and adoption of Workday enhancements and best practices.
- Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, privacy, security, and compliance with applicable governance standards.
- Establish reporting and analytics best practices aligned with global HR standards.
- Create dashboards that provide actionable workforce insights.
- Collaborate effectively with global cross-functional teams.
- Lead knowledge-sharing initiatives and contribute to team and organizational capability building.
- Promote continuous improvement by automating reporting processes and leveraging Workday enhancements.
