Workday Compensation Consultant for Financial Services Company with deep expertise in Compensation and Advanced Compensation configuration. This individual will partner with business stakeholders to capture requirements, design solutions, and develop proof-of-concept configurations within the company's Advanced Compensation environment to validate functionality and business fit.

nIn this role, you will:

nLead the analysis and design of automated merit increase enhancements within Workday Compensation Review (Advanced Compensation), delivering scalable solutions that align with business objectives and provide an intuitive, high-quality user experience.

nPartner with stakeholders to document and communicate business processes, requirements, data flows, and user experiences through transparent and effective artifacts.

nDrive planning, coordination, configuration, and testing activities to support successful product delivery and implementation.

nCreate high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria that clearly define business needs and support Agile delivery teams.

nTrack work, dependencies, and progress within Jira and Agile delivery frameworks to ensure transparent and effective execution.

nMentor and influence team members by sharing expertise, providing guidance, and promoting best practices across the product team.

nRequired Qualifications





n5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and configuring Workday Compensation.

nStrong expertise in Workday Advanced Compensation, including Compensation Review, merit planning, bonus planning, and compensation cycles.

nExperience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional Workday solutions.

nStrong understanding of Workday business processes, security, and compensation configuration.

nExperience creating proof-of-concept (POC) solutions and validating business requirements.

nProficiency with Agile methodologies, including writing user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog grooming, and sprint planning.

nExperience using Jira for Agile project tracking and delivery.

nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

nExperience working directly with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

nPreferred Qualifications

nExperience with large enterprise Workday implementations, preferably within the financial services industry.

nKnowledge of Workday integrations, reporting, calculated fields, and business process framework.

nWorkday Compensation or Workday HCM certification.

nExperience supporting end-to-end implementation, enhancement, or optimization projects.

nFamiliarity with change management and user training activities.
