SK Rydo Private Limited is hiring an experienced HR Executive – Talent Acquisition & Operations for our office at Champapet, Hyderabad .

We are looking for someone who can independently handle recruitment as well as day-to-day HR operations and act as a point of contact between employees and management.

Location: Champapet, Hyderabad, Telangana

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Mode: Work from Office

Experience: Minimum 3+ Years

Qualification: MBA-HR preferred

Salary: ₹2.5 - ₹3.5 LPA

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Responsibilities

- Source candidates for different departments through suitable recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
- Manage candidate follow-ups, offer letters and joining formalities.
- Handle end-to-end employee documentation from onboarding to exit.
- Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
- Prepare payroll inputs and coordinate salary processing with Management/Accounts.
- Manage shift schedules and employee shift-related requirements.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle employee queries, grievances and workplace concerns.
- Coordinate probation, confirmation, resignation and exit processes.




- Coordinate Full & Final settlements, relieving letters and experience letters.
- Prepare, communicate and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee engagement and other HR-related activities.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain recruitment and employee trackers.

Requirements

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR / Talent Acquisition / HR Operations.
- Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment.
- Experience handling attendance, leave, payroll inputs and employee documentation.
- Strong employee coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable organizational and follow-up skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
- Ability to handle HR activities independently.
- Good written and verbal English communication is mandatory.
- MBA in HR is preferred.
