Industry: Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) – Category II

We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven professional to lead investor outreach, fund mobilisation, relationship management, and investor onboarding for our AIF operations.

Key Responsibilities

Generate investor opportunities through calls, referrals, networking, and company-provided leads

Engage with HNIs, UHNIs, Family Offices, Corporate Investors, and Professional Investors

Conduct outreach through calls, emails, Linked In, and personal meetings

Present fund opportunities and investment propositions to prospective investors

Schedule and coordinate investor meetings with senior management

Build solid relationships with Wealth Managers, IFAs, MFDs, Chartered Accountants, Corporate Consultants, and Family Offices

Achieve monthly and quarterly fund mobilisation targets

Manage end-to-end investor onboarding, including KYC, FATCA, subscription agreements, declarations, and application forms

Coordinate with Trustees, Legal Advisors, Compliance teams, and Fund Administration partners





Maintain investor records, onboarding trackers, documentation, and MIS reports

Key Performance Indicators

Investor outreach calls and meetings

Qualified investor opportunities generated

Investor presentations conducted

Channel-partner meetings initiated

Monthly fund mobilisation achieved

Investor conversion ratio

Successful investor onboardings

Timely completion of documentation and compliance requirements

Skills Required

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills

Understanding of financial products and investment concepts

Strong documentation, coordination, and process-management ability

CRM and reporting proficiency

Ability to perform in a target-oriented environment
