TradeGeniuz is looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media & Content Growth Manager who understands how to turn content into reach, engagement, audience growth and qualified leads.

We are not looking for someone who simply uploads posts.

We need someone who understands why content goes viral, why people stop scrolling, what makes them watch, share and engage, and how to build a strong founder-led brand on Instagram and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute Instagram & YouTube growth strategies
- Research competitors, trends and high-performing content formats
- Create strong Reel concepts, hooks and scripts
- Plan and manage the monthly content calendar
- Direct video shoots and coordinate with video editors
- Improve Reel retention, watch time, shares, saves and engagement
- Develop thumbnail, title and content-packaging strategies
- Build the founder’s personal brand alongside the TradeGeniuz brand
- Manage Instagram Stories and community engagement
- Analyse content performance and identify winning formats
- Develop organic lead-generation strategies
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing and Sales teams to improve conversions




- Continuously test new content ideas and growth strategies

What We’re Looking For

✅ Strong understanding of Instagram Reels & YouTube

✅ Excellent knowledge of hooks, storytelling and short-form content

✅ Ability to identify trends and adapt them creatively

✅ Strong competitor-research skills

✅ Understanding of social media analytics and audience retention

✅ Creative thinking with a performance/growth mindset

✅ Tamil content understanding is highly preferred

✅ Experience growing a creator, founder or business account is a strong advantage
