TRADEGENIUZ CAPITAL PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for a creative, analytical and performance-driven Social Media & Content Growth Manager to lead our organic content strategy across Instagram and YouTube.

This is not simply a social media posting or scheduling role.

We are looking for someone who understands why certain content gets attention, what makes people stop scrolling, how to improve watch time and retention, and how to convert content attention into audience growth and qualified enquiries.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of short-form video content, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, long-form YouTube content, storytelling, hooks, content packaging and social media analytics.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute Instagram and YouTube organic growth strategies
- Research competitors, trends, audience behaviour and high-performing content formats
- Generate strong Reel and video concepts based on current trends and audience interests
- Write attention-grabbing hooks, scripts and calls to action
- Plan and manage weekly and monthly content calendars
- Coordinate and direct video shoots with the founder and internal team
- Work closely with video editors and provide clear editing direction
- Develop content strategies for the founder’s personal brand and the TradeGeniuz brand
- Improve video hooks, watch time, audience retention, shares, saves and engagement
- Develop titles, thumbnails and content packaging strategies for YouTube
- Manage Instagram Stories and audience engagement strategies




- Analyse content performance and prepare regular performance reports
- Identify winning content formats and continuously improve them based on data
- Develop strategies to generate qualified organic enquiries through social media
- Coordinate with the Digital Marketing and Sales teams to improve lead generation and conversions
- Continuously test new content ideas, formats, hooks and growth strategies

Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and YouTube content
- Excellent knowledge of short-form content, hooks, storytelling and audience retention
- Ability to identify trends and quickly convert them into relevant content ideas
- Strong competitor research and content analysis skills
- Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics
- Ability to interpret watch time, retention, engagement, shares, saves and follower growth
- Good communication and content-planning skills
- Creative thinking combined with a performance and growth mindset
- Strong understanding of Tamil social media audiences is preferred
- Tamil and English communication skills are preferred
- Experience working with founder-led brands, creators, education brands or finance-related content will be an added advantage





What We Are Not Looking For We are not looking for someone whose only responsibility has been uploading posts, scheduling content or maintaining a social media page.

The candidate should be capable of taking ownership of content growth, analysing performance and continuously developing new ideas to improve results.

- Organic reach and views
- Watch time and audience retention
- Shares, saves and meaningful engagement
- Follower and subscriber growth
- Instagram profile activity
- Organic enquiries and qualified leads
- Performance of new content formats and campaigns

Interview Process Shortlisted candidates may be given a practical content assignment based on our existing Instagram or YouTube content.

Candidates should be prepared to explain:

- Why certain content performs better than others
- How they would improve low-performing Reels
- How they identify trends and content opportunities
- How they would grow TradeGeniuz organically
- How they would convert content attention into qualified enquiries
